
As the founder of Hepta Systems, Ted’s leadership and vision has made the company a world-class provider of services for designing, installing and managing Building Automation and Security Systems in both domestic and international markets. Since starting the business in 1993, his experience as a mechanical technician has provided Hepta Systems with a pioneering approach to the technological world along with the unique ability to service all leading brands of automation systems. Ted’s hands-on approach with customers has earned him the utmost respect in the intelligent building industry, not only for implementation, but also for ongoing customer service.

As the leader of one of Hepta Systems’ fastest growing departments, Jason is in charge of the design and implementation of smart building networks. An experienced professional in the control systems integration and intelligent building industry, he has been an integral part of designing world-class systems that have earned international honors. These systems include a scope that ranges from systems design for new construction to integration of legacy equipment in landmark structures. Jason was honored as a “Young Gun” award-winner at the 2014 ControlTrends Awards, and was named one of dBusiness Magazine’s “30 in Their Thirties” for 2015.

As a valued employee for nearly 15 years, Jeremy has served in roles at all levels of Hepta Systems. As the Director of Operations and Business Development, Jeremy is responsible for maintaining and expanding the company’s growth by managing a diverse portfolio of high-level projects accounting for multi-millions of dollars. Jeremy completes bid documents to bring in new business to the company, calculates competitive quotes, manages all subcontractors and maintains relationships with clients while overseeing projects at all stages of the development life cycle.

Keith’s 15+ years of experience in both energy production and management provides a unique perspective for tackling industry problems. Recognized as a national leader in analytics development, Keith has helped drive sustainability solutions for a wide array of building types. His innovative analytical applications have supported data acquisition and diagnostic solutions for over 20 million sqft of buildings. Keith graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College. During his time in the Navy, Keith managed the Reactor Instrumentation and Controls Division on the USS Nevada through a refueling overhaul which was completed $18 million under budget and on-time, a first for a ship of that class. Keith earned a ControlTrends Young Gun Award in 2015.
